One other thing I've just realised is that there are
at least two more manuals available that describe the
SA7x enclosure:
EK-OSA7X-SM. C01 SA7x Enclosure Service Manual
EK-OSA7X-UG. C01 SA7x Enclosure User Guide
Neither of these seem to have an answer for you
(but please check for yourself, as I just skimmed
them quickly), however, they do provide a bunch
of useful information.
In addition, there are lists of related docs at
the beginning of the each of these manuals, so
you will at least have an idea of what you should
be looking for.
I don't think that my MicroVAX 3600 has an OCP,
but if it does I'll see if I can get to it and
buzz it out.
