TC08 documentation

Hi all, I'm troubleshooting a TC08 DECtape controller, and one thing I'm missing is the module 'utilization' (placement) guide that exists in other documentation (e.g. TC01, TU56). It appears from sequence numbers that the online copy of the TC08 Maintenance Manual might be missing that page. Does anyone have a copy that they would be willing to scan? I want to know which G888 is which, i.e. which one serves the mark track, which the diagnostics tell me is not happy. Also, the maintenance guide states that there are values for various settings on the engineering diagrams; no such values appear on the drawings in the appendix to the maintenance guide.
