They tried to fire one of my colleagues for retrieving stuff from the
dumpster. That included a few dozen Hell & Bowel black Apples. And then
during the hearings, they gave him 2 hours to get stuff from his office and
then dumpstered his entire collection.

Your office is not the place to store personal collections anyway.
Says who? For quite a while, I kept a PDP-8/i in my office at Microsoft. I'd
run a light chaser on it (it had no peripherals) and freak out interview candidates,
college hires... well, let's face it, just about everyone. -- Ian
