It had a screen...built in acoustic coupler...a couple of rocker switches on the right
side top, near the coupler.
I have very fond memories of that terminal and would love to find out what it was and
maybe obtain one sometime.

I've been trying to figure out the type of terminal I first used at the
Rolling Meadows Public Library in the mid 70's to dial into the local
HS district's hp2000 timeshare system...and this digi-log may be similar.
Did it have a screen? Most of those little portable ones used a
thermal print head instead of a video monitor.
