2.11 and 3.31 were only available in MS-DOS from certain specific OEMs,
and each one was different. Those were the "possibly heavily customized"
versions of DOS.
Although using Zenith MS-DOS 3.31 on a Compaq shouldn't cause any
problems, a few things, such as MODE.COM were different.
Therefore, for the Compaq, try to get COMPAQ 3.31
If Cindy has that, grab a copy.
