you're making me feel really old. PKZIP was pretty much the de-facto
file compression utility for DOS/Windows for at least a decade.
The company's still around, even though Phil's been gone for 14 years now.

Almost no one. PKZip? For a long time, it was everywhere. I still have it and
use it on occasion.
