errr, no. Linux distros are not stricken with the same affliction.
While they generally are more "windows-user friendly" then they have
previously been (which means more bloat to cover the expected features
'doze users are accustomed to) they can most readily be converted back
to a leaner, meaner OS with little effort. I'm not going to allow you
to throw that bone out there as a peace offering without some protest!
