Both "the right price" and it being on the
opposite corner of the country from me mean that I probably won't be the one to buy
it,
I could drag it to SLO next year. It is in a 4 foot rack.
but your mention of it does make me curious: What does
it take to power an 11/750 or 11/751?
Nothing special - just a dedicated circuit (probably 20 Amps would
do). Plenty of people have run 750s at home.
I don't think I could practically power an 11/780
at my home.
Anyone could do this, as a 780 can be run on single phase with some
simple rewiring, but your electric meter will spin like a meat
slicer.
