considered opinion that Perl consists almost entirely of dark corners.
Nah, there's a massive pile of really crufty bits right there in plain sight as
well. I have made a reasonable living out of spelunking ancient Perl
codebases, and there are times when it's like doing an autopsy on one of the
Great Old Ones.
