PROBABLY!
At one point I had a Sigma RQD11-B controller which
is likely the equivalent. It was used to run an RD51
(ST412). If I remember, there was sufficient capability
to accommodate an RD54 (Maxtor XT2090 - something
close) and 159 MBytes.
