DEC typically referred to memory size in words, which are 16-bit on a
PDP-11, but many others count bytes. So 512kW is 1024kB.
I have a H9273, a 4x9 18bit CD backplane. No upgrade
done.
That's pretty easy to upgrade if you want to try it. I always used
wire-wrap wire, but soldered, for the extra four address lines.
