thread. It's still an interesting question to ask
what uses were
made of the 'Feature Connector' on the EGA card, of course.
I can't remember exactly what signals are on the feature connector (I can
get the TechRef if you're seriously interested), but IIRC it could be
used to connect things like PAL/NTSC encoders, possibly genlock-type
boards etc. I am not aware of any commercial add-ons that used it,
though.
