If he plug all the PDP machines he have onto our grid, it would blow
up...Brazilian power grid sucks...And it is called "bairros" and not
"barrios" hehehe :o)
Or maybe it's just an evil weapon of sorts. Like a
Magneto machine from the
X-MEN. For throwing large hunks >of metal around. Crap.
