Are these the ones that include the MC68000 cpu and
run Xenix?

Yes. I can make copies of Xenix or TRSDOS or even
Pickles & Trout CP/M
for anyone that's interested.
Actually not. The 68000 is only in the Model 16, 16B, and 6000.
It's possible to upgrade a II to a 16 though, or a 12 to a 6000.
