it a couple years after it gets purchased and shipped
This is why nearly all surplus vendors - the exception being the guys
that just scrap the stuff out for metal content - now avoid govliq.
Just curious--suppose a scrapper processes (renders) the sensitive
stuff and the gummint asks for it back. What's the procedure then?
Just a signed affadavit saying that the stuff is no more?
If that is the case, who's going to check up on a collector who says
that he scrapped the proscribed goodies?
