It all depends on how the controller is configured.
In order to
configure the controller, you'll need to make up a cable with a 50-pin
connector on one end, and a serial connector on the other end, to talk
to the device. There's more details in the manual -

This looks like exactly what I'm looking for but unfortunately I
don't seem to be able to get the files from that FTP site. At first I
got a directory of what was there but when I tried to copy files I
got errors. Now I can't even connect. Is there a trick to getting
these files?
