There's a DOS module in the CD2CD package that's been around since the early
'90's that does this. That's how they copied CD's back then.
Why does it have to work with WIndows98? Isn't DOS adequate?

Subject: makeiso.exe for Windows 98
I would like to set up an image of a CD in a hard disk
file.
I understand that makeiso.exe does this in UNIX. Does
anyone have an executable version for Windows 98?
Sincerely yours,
Jerome Fine
