It wasn't just "Unix-like", it was Unix.
Actually there were (at least) two versions - I think the 1st one was fairly
closely based on "raw" AT&T, the second was more BSD-like.
I don't know whether I should admit to this (NDA from long ago), but I have
the complete AT&T Unix source for the 32016 from the days when City
University had a loads of MG-1s ... well zipped it fits on 3 floppies.
(could you even get the kernel source for a modern *nix in that space?)
