The only way I was able to get my hands on any was to buy some of the
DS14500A demonstration systems (consisting of the DS14500B demonstration
unit and DS14500C I/O simulator) on eBay.
I think there are only eight flip-flops in the chip, with only a small
amount of gating logic. I believe it might fit in a 22V10; there should
be no problem fitting it into a larger CPLD.
