I have since found that these are 256k x 4 dram and any suitable substitute
will do. They'll be going into a Dell 4066/XE server.

In search of 4 DRAM chips for video expansion on built-in S3 card. The
ones in it are 44C256 at 60 ns and the 4 empty DIP sockets are 20 pin (10
pins each side). Anyone have 4 in their stash and want to part with them -
