Thanks Geoff. Our good friends over at tech group gave me this;
In the Unipak 2B on the 701-1655 Address Card remove or cut JP1 in the left
hand corner near TP1 & TP2. It is the 2nd board in pack behind Waveform
Generator board 701-1690. The pack will think it is a Unipak 2 and not look
for the replaceable socket. You will not be able to program any devices that
required the missing socket such as the 2764,27128,27512, etc. until you get
the socket (all 28 pin devices). When you find a new socket reinstall the
jumper and everything will work properly.
