Might I formally propose that when we get to 2005, we
revise the charter
of this list to be 11 years?
and in 2006, 12 years
in 2007, 13 years . . .
acceptable age = current year - 1994

The only problem is then you block stuff that falls under the
non-Windows/"Really Cool Tech" catagories. I'd say retain the 10 year rule
and just state that an exception to that rule is that Microsoft OS's newer
than Windows 3.11 & x86 PC's with PCI slots are off-topic.
