If anyone has trouble finding such connectors, I have some spare video
cables, which could be cut in two. They're fairly short (maybe a foot
or two long), and I will not have access to them for a month or two,
but after that I should be able to send them out (well, unless I get
flooded with requests or some such, which I really don't expect).
