Fujitsu MB8868A
GI AY-5-1013, AY-5-1013A, AY-3-1014, AY-3-1015
Harris, Intersil HD-6402, RCA CDP6402 (CMOS)
Signetics 2536
SMC COM2017, COM2502, COM2505
TI TMS6011
Western Digital TR1402, TR1602
Thanks for the great list! I was able to find the AY-5-1013A for $5 shipped on eBay. I
just installed it a while ago and it has fixed the problem with the repeating characters!
This is great, now I can do file transfers over the serial and use the TRS-80 as a
terminal.
