the $65,000 against the money Interex owes us", because that would mean
they're getting 1-for-1 on the money owed them, where other creditors
will end up getting far far less per dollar owed :)
But, the way this is being handled by "the court",
it wouldn't surprise me :(
I would guess it would be so none of their competitors wouldn't get a
list of their customers.
