FWIW, this technique will also work with Ersatz-11 with the raw SCSI drive
mounted directly as a PDP-11 device (e.g. "MOUNT DU0: SCSI0:", on a Linux
system with /dev/sg*, or a DOS or Windows system with an ASPI driver), so you
can install directly on the SCSI disk with no copying. Raw SCSI disks aren't
subject to the 256 MB file limit so it's OK if it's bigger.
