There are SOME types of lithium batteries that can be recharged but I
don't think any of the common consumer type Lithium batteries can. I THINK
the rechargeable ones are also 3.6 volt so they're not suitable for what
you need anyway.
There are rechargeable lithium batteries. They need tailored,
cpu-controlled intelligent chargers, though. The thing
is, the become chemically unstable if overcharged in any way,
and can explode.
