I don't own a serial terminal. I'd have to try to make a cable and

It will, but you'll have to find a SCSI CD-ROM that supports 512 byte blocks.

to have put KB instead of B, but still...
VAXcluster setup isn't hard but I've been
doing it for decades and
learned all the tricks in the first couple years, so maybe I'm
not the guy to judge :-).
I've not touched a VMS prompt since about 1995 and even then I never
installed a machine or built a cluster. I did things like back it up,
clear out logfiles, add the odd user and reboot occasionally.
