For your situation, and mine, yes, it's
overblown. But there are
many large companies who do have to worry. Brings back some threads here
from 6 - 7 years ago about how to preserve the data for our beloved
classics...
Apparently these people have forgotten that the mainframe people
figured all this stuff out 40-some years ago.
