Actually you need to be configured with 2 stop bits to be compatible with
an ASR33. You actually want to be compatible with your M8655 so check
the stop bit jumper on your board to see if it is set to 1 or 2. Anything
other than a real ASR33 normally uses 1 stop.

Neither SB or W4 present is 2 stop bits.
