That's another very valid point. Most people I come across don't know
how to find things any more.
If they don't have it at their fingertips, they sit there like a potato
and do nothing - they don't go and ask anyone, don't go and attempt to
look it up anywhere. It's almost as though not only is knowledge being
thrown away, but nobody even *wants* to think any more.
