Now, your intention looks more like a technical library for certain
computers ... such stuff is already out there, and I think classic
web organisation is sufficient for this task.
My intent was to create a place where knowledge about classic computers
could be gathered. Classic websites have two (I hate to use the word)
flaws
1) They are not toghether in one place - leading to loss of information
2) You must know some HTML to author a website (not to mention having
some sort of web hosting)
Wiki allows un-initiated users to edit pages without knowing any HTML.
Our Wiki,( Vs someone else's ) would allow us to concentrate the
information
we have learned the hard way, somtimes by trial and error. It keeps that
information in a single searchable location.
