At this point, I have to ask myself this:
?"What's the practical
difference between a "genuine" Apple I and one constructed from old
parts (even old PCB)?"
In other words, what TANGIBLE difference is there?
I think that this is a valid question for the scientifically-minded.
Put some of the solder and/or traces under a microscope - the
oxidation will be different.
