Can you post a link to the whole schematic? With a better view of the circuit we can
probably guess at the parameters.

Yup, that's how it's listed in the schematics. It's part of the crowbar
circuit on the DEC 540972800 regulator board.
There are no visible markings on the part itself It's in an exotic (to
me) big three-pin can package.
