As a benchmark, I don't know if it's still there, but I believe that
the Livermore, CA fire station had an incandescent lamp in more-or-
less continuous service for about 100 years.
There are a few bulbs like that. Sadly they don't make them like that any
more. Do they even run off of standard AC or are they DC? I think NYC has
a handful that are nearly that old.
