Based on your e-mail address I think I know the problem. I've heard that
for some Google full and/or partial views are only available to folks in the
US. I'm in the US. I tried looking at the book in question and I do have a
"preview book" link available. If you don't see a "preview book"
link when
you try to view the book it's probably because you're not in the US.
