I've used Terry's Rubber Rollers ( http://terrysrubberrollers.com/ )
for roller rubber replacement in the past. Very excellent service,
though slightly expensive. Also I'm not sure if he has any experience
with tape drive rollers.
In any case, it's important to know the original diameter of the roller.
