added TI-58/59 support, and the B and C suffix drop the SR-52 and SR-56
support.
The SR-51 and SR-51A, but not the SR-51-II, work (mostly) on the PC-100
and PC-100A with the switch set to SR-52 mode.
I could have sworn that I saw a schematic of the PC-100A somewhere, but
I can't find it now.
