I think that's not specific enough. ILLIAC IV was certainly a
mainframe and had none of those.
ILLIAC IV is perhaps better classed as a supercomputer. Though that
probably starts another argument about how to distinguish mainframes
from supercomputers.
There were certainly a lot of supercomputers that didn't have RAS as
defined above.
