Cleaner, then let it thoroughly dry.
Seems to be mostly water (>90 percent) with some PEG and ethylene
glycol added. If the customer insists, I'll give it a try.
But this isn't a simple case of oxide shedding. The damned oxide
doesn't even stick to the substrate. Horrible, horrible stuff.
