I seem to remember real world Unibus was mentioned to be up to
1-1.2 Megabytes/second so your number may be right. I often wondered
if it really got that high in real life...
Unibus runs to 7mb/sec...slow, yes, but not bad for the time it was designed
and [very widely] used, IMO. I rather like Unibus.
