THAT is how they are internally stored!
To avoid confusion and miscommunication, I usually call it "Three point
three zero" and "three point three one"
That's how I've always heard them in the UK, although I think that UKians
would be more likely to say 'oh' instead of 'zero'.
I think the *only* time I've ever seen someone (apparently intentionally)
drop a trailing zero was on this list not too long ago.
