On a thorough reading, I don't see the point of this paper.
Published in 1972, long after the 1968 Griswold/Poage/Polonsky book
"The SNOBOL4 Programming Language" (Prentice-Hall), it's far less
detailed and much less entertaining. I was hoping to see some
content relating to religion, performing arts, literature or history.
But it seems to be condensed regurgitation of the original BTL
publication.
I know there were DOS versions of this language--I also seem to
recall a CP/M version.
