   How to build a
clone of the DEC KM11 maintenance module
 Components : 
 4 * ULN2803 
What's this?  I don't recognize the part number. 
It's a Darlington array.  When I got started the part number belonged
to Sprague, now Allegro Micro sells them - see

  http://www.allegromicro.com/

If you fetch the 2803 data sheet, you'll see that it still proudly
claims that the inputs are DTL compatible :-).
