I think I've seen one - not cheap, but neither are PCI GPIB cards - if
you need one, you *need* one and will pay.
I've had the good fortune to rescue a couple of ISA GPIB cards, and
one NuBus GPIB card. Never gotten a PCI GPIB for free, though. :-(
