The thing with the power bill is a very important
point.
Just think you have your whole 1200 sq ft full with machines and they're
running all the time. You will be in a nice surprise at the end of the
year.
Most US utilities bill on a monthly basis. Still, when I started
this thread, I intended a "money is no object", "you've just won
the lottery", "blue sky" attitude.
