The #029 version printed 80 columns, aligned with the punches (although

programming.)
All of the 029 units I've worked with had builtin print units and the print
was exactly lined up with the punched column. The print could be disabled
via a drum card as you mention but I have never seen the stand alone units
you are talking about.
