The kind magnets will stick to.
Hold the magnet on the screen of a CRT to see similar distortion.
Please don't do that unless you want a semi-permanent distortion
field in the middle of your screen.
Don't worry, I don't keep magnets anywhere near my computers. So I
couldn't test it even if I wanted to.
Well, I bet you have hard drives laying around with pretty strong
magnets in them... even my RL02s have some pretty hefty magnets that
attach the platter to the drive motor.
