I took at look at this. It appears to be a localized version of the OS, along
with some other utilities. I would bid on it, but I don't want to get into a
bidding war (cf. the thread on DECtape madness).
I will back down and let you have it. I think you are in a better
position in preserving and appreciating this.
I doesn't sound like its a big deal anyway.
