A habit
I've had since childhood is not going to bed without
having learned at least one new thing every day. Most of the time
the item learned has nothing to do with electronics or computers.
In the entire history of the human race, it's never been easier.
Or more dangerous; I've lost days on Wikipedia when I was meant to be
getting contractually obligated things done. On the bright side, I
now know all about the history of hand grenades and I know exactly
how a Hammond organ works. Both of these are worth knowing, but I
would rather have come upon them at a more opportune time. :-)
